This structured and continuous promotion initiative supports qualified seafarers in advancing their ranks, based on defined performance and competency criteria. 

The program also includes specialized development tracks for Electro-Technical Officers, Fitters, Pumpmen, and Cooks—ensuring that every key role on board is nurtured through targeted training and career planning. Through this initiative, we invest in the long-term success of our seafarers and the sustainable growth of our talent pool.
